Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we're here to fix it. This policy explains when and how you can return an item or get a refund from Crazytops.shop, operated by Crazytops LLC.

Made-to-order items

Almost everything we sell is printed or made specifically for your order. Because of that, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or for personalization mistakes you entered yourself (like a typo in your custom text). Please double-check your spelling, photos, and design in the preview before you order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right — free of charge.

Email support@crazytops.shop within 30 days of delivery
Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and the issue
We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice

You won't need to ship the item back unless we specifically ask you to.

Non-returnable items

Personalized or custom items (unless damaged, defective, or wrong)
Items reported more than 30 days after delivery
Items damaged by misuse or normal wear after delivery

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. Email support@crazytops.shop with your order number as soon as possible. After 24 hours your order may already be in production and can't be cancelled.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

Wrong address

We can't refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before ordering. If you catch a mistake, email us right away — we can update the address only before the order ships.
